On release, drive chest over left knee and follow thru with throw
Get more comfortable with glove position prior to receiving - less arm extension and glove closer to body. When the glove arm is extended, we get stiff. Find a glove position where your forearm is not stressed / flexed
Catch ball closer to chest while your feet begin to move. Let the ball do the traveling, not your glove. An 80mph fast ball can move a lot fast than you can. Let it get to you, catch it deeper.
On exchange, drive glove directly to throwing shoulder
