CATCHING NOTES

  • Good exchange and footwork

  • Catch ball closer to chest while your feet begin to move. Let the ball do the traveling, not your glove. An 80mph fast ball can move a lot faster than you can. Let it get to you, catch it deeper.

  • Make sure to finish down - head and chest over left knee
